Fans can apply again for tickets for the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022™ through the First Come First Served sales period of Sales Phase (2) from 5 July 2022 at 11:00 CEST / 12:00 (midday) Doha time till 16 August 2022 at 11:00 CEST / 12:00 (midday) Doha time.

Tickets are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis subject to availability, and applicants may purchase tickets online at any time during the entire sales period. Ticket purchases are processed as a real-time transaction. Tickets will be allocated directly to the ticket applicants after payment is received, and they will immediately receive a confirmation email.

We advise football fans to place their application as soon as the sales period opens, as tickets will likely sell out quickly.

Individual Match Tickets will be available to fans. An Individual Match Ticket is a ticket for a specific match and available for all matches of the competition subject to availability in categories 1, 2, 3 and 4 (category 4 available only for residents of Qatar), as well as in the Accessibility Tickets categories for all ticket products.

Which ticket products were available during the Random Selection Draw of Sales Phase (2)?

During the Random Selection Draw of Sales Phase (2) the following types of tickets were available to fans:

INDIVIDUAL MATCH TICKETS (IMTs):

An Individual Match Ticket is a ticket for a specific match. These tickets were available for all matches of the competition.

Individual Match Tickets were available in categories 1, 2, 3 and 4 (category 4 available only for residents of Qatar), as well as in the Accessibility Tickets categories for all ticket products.

SUPPORTER TICKETS (STs)

National team supporters could apply for Supporter Tickets for the group stage matches played by their national team between Match 1 and Match 48.

Supporter Tickets were available in categories 1, 2 and 3, as well as in the Accessibility Tickets categories for all ticket products except Sensory Rooms (which were only available as Individual Match Tickets).

CONDITIONAL SUPPORTER TICKETS (CSTs)

National team supporters could apply for Conditional Supporter tickets available for the four second round matches that could potentially be played by their national team in the Round of 16, the Quarter-Finals, the Semi-Finals, the 3rd Place Match and the Final.

The validity of this ticket product is subject to the respective team chosen by the ticket purchaser qualifying for the specific match of the second round for which the ticket purchaser has tickets. As soon as their team is eliminated from the competition, and if the ticket purchaser has purchased any other Conditional Supporter Tickets to attend further subsequent second-round matches, the validity of these tickets will cease to exist.

FIFA Ticketing would then make a refund for all matches that the ticket purchaser could not attend due to the elimination of their team. FIFA Ticketing will retain 40 QAR as a refund fee and refund the remaining amount to the ticket purchaser in Qatari Riyals (QAR) once the competition is finished. The refund will be processed to the same payment card used by the ticket purchaser to pay for these tickets and under no circumstance will the refund be processed to any other payment card.

Conditional Supporter Tickets were available in categories 1, 2 and 3, as well as well as in the Accessibility Tickets categories for all ticket products except Sensory Rooms (which were only available as Individual Match Tickets).

FOUR-STADIUM TICKET SERIES (FSTs):

Ticket packages for those who want to attend one match on a selected number of matchdays while visiting four different stadiums of the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022™. FIFA has made several Four-Stadium Ticket Series available, each with a different combination of matches and stadiums. Fans were able to choose which of the packages correspond(s) to their wishes and travel plans.

Four-Stadium Ticket Series were available in categories 1, 2 and 3, as well as well as in the Accessibility Tickets categories for all ticket products except Sensory Rooms (which were only available as Individual Match Tickets).

TEAM SPECIFIC TICKET SERIES (TSTs)

A series of match tickets to support a specific national team of the customer’s choice, which allows the customer to watch three (TST3), four (TST4) or seven (TST7) matches of the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022™. The TST purchased guarantees the customer tickets to matches of such rounds of the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022™ included in the specific TST package purchased by the customer, regardless of whether the national team itself qualifies for such rounds. The respective packages contain the following:

TST3: comprising only the three group-stage matches played by the national team of the customer’s choice.

TST4: comprising the three group-stage matches played by the national team of the customer’s choice and a round-of-16 match.

TST7: comprising the three group-stage matches played by the national team of the customer’s choice, a round-of-16 match, a quarter-final, a semi-final and the final.

TSTs were available in categories 1, 2 and 3 as well as in the Accessibility Tickets categories.
